Brother Ed Robinson has been a minister of the gospel through radio since 1974, when he started at KMRC 1430AM in Morgan Citiy.His later worked at the former KFXY 96.7 FM in Morgan City, La, before joining KBZE 105.9FM two years ago.

Brother Ed is a member of the Acadiana Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop, a member of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, and a member of the Gospel Announcer's Guild.

"My favorite book in the Old Testament is Isiah, because of its prophetic teaching," Brother Ed says. "But most importantly, my favorite book in the New Testament is Revelation, because if you're a Christian, you find out the end of the story, and that we win!"

Brother Ed boasts. "Jesus is the author and the finisher of my faith; your faith; our faith," Robinson says. "He is the Number One figure in the Bible!"

As Assistant Pastor of Mt. Pilgrim of Baptist Church in Morgan City, La. Brother Ed says he enjoys working with all kinds of people.

A native of Morgan City, Brother Ed is also the founder of the Soul Inspirational Choir. Brother Ed's favorite Ole School Gospel Group is James Cleveland & the Cleveland Singers. His favorite New School Artist is Yolanda Adams.
